KidSafe Risk Management & Rec Coach Registration


All Pike Soccer Club and Indy Burn coaches, licensed referees, Board members, managers, Commissioners, and volunteers complete a criminal background check every two years.       

1.  PSC Recreation Coaches for Tots, Rec U5-U12 and Indy Burn Plus u13-u18, register to coach each season here:Register to Coach PSC Recreation U4-U12 and Indy Burn Plus U13-U18  Completing this form places your name in coaching pool to be assigned a team and you agree to have a back ground check completed. 

2.  Indy Burn Coaches please contact PSC Soccer Director for coaching assignment.  There is no on line registration to be added to a roster as coaches are added to rosters by PSC Administrator on IYS's system.

3.  Criminal Background Check Registration:  Please complete the on line form when you are asked to do so by PSC Risk Management as background checks are performed each two years and NOT each season.  The information needed for back ground checks includes date of birth and SSN.   Background checks are completed by IYS using a background check service.  All information collected by PSC & IYS is only used for intended purposes and available only to appropriate IYS staff and PSC Board members.
